Animal Care Technician
Pet Counselor
Aquatic Counselor

Challenging position for someone who enjoys working with animals. Responsible for total care of puppies and kittens and maintenance of kennel area. Veterinary and medical experience preferred but not required.

Sales position. Must enjoy working with the public, love animals, and providing exceptional customer service. Breed knowledge and/or retail sales experience a plus. Will also be responsible for daily maintenance of the store floor and animals.

Looking for knowledgeable fish hobbyists (marine and/or freshwater) to work our large fish department. Must have working knowledge of species compatibility, filtration, lighting, water balance, tank start up and maintenance. Will also be responsible for daily maintenance of this department.

Inventory Control Manager

Sales Manager is a position for an energetic individual who enjoys interacting with customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing a positive Petland Culture on the sales floor that results in a highly productive team of Pet Counselors.

The Fish Manager and Kennel Manager are responsible for the overall performance in their departments. They must follow Petland operating systems to ensure high levels of customer service, animal husbandry, sales performance and departmental profitability. The Fish Manager requires a high level of understanding of the aquarium hobby. For the Kennel Manager, previous experience in a kennel or veterinarian environment is beneficial but not required.

The Inventory Control Manger is in charge of the overall merchandizing of the store. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for maximizing the profitability and optimizing inventory turns related to the pet supply inventory.
