- All puppies are examined in store by Oakview Veterinary
Hospital prior to sale. A record of the veterinarian's findings
is maintained for each puppy.
- All puppies and kittens are current on vaccinations and
de-wormings as prescribed by Oakview Veterinary Hospital.
- Customers receive one complimentary post sale veterinarian
exam from Oakview Veterinary Hospital.
- Customers receive a two-part training DVD and free unlimited
toll-free training and behavioral consultation from Dogstar
Productions. Dogstar Productions is led by Brian Donovan,
a nationally recognized dog trainer and staffed by certified
dog trainers.
- Puppies and kittens are micro-chipped for lifetime identification
in case they are lost or stolen.
- Puppies and kittens receive a free lifetime registration
to HelpMeFindMyPet, an "Amber Alert" system for
pets.
- Pure breed puppies often have a pedigree with a family
tree history.
- Trained Pet Counselors educate customers on pet choices
and the care of their pet by exceeding the pet's four basic

- Puppies go home with a two-part warranty. The first part

four basic needs of the pet. Finally, they help you understand
how to take care of your new pet when you get it home.
