To place an animal or item on hold, a deposit and charge
authorization form must be filled out and faxed to our store.
Deposit amounts are 50% of the purchase price of the animal
or item. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
BEFORE faxing the deposit and charge authorization
form, please contact Petland regarding
availability of the animal/item, the amount of deposit required,
and the amount of time the animal/item will be on hold for
you.
After the deposit and charge authorization form has been
faxed, availability confirmed and charge has been made, we
will fax a confirmation of your deposit on the animal/item
to you. The animal/item will only be held until the time listed
on this confirmation sheet.
