INITIAL VETERINARY EXAMINATION
A licensed veterinarian examines all puppies at least two times before you take the puppy home. Having the puppy examined is one of the most important things we do for you and your pet. Few places even use a veterinarian; much less have the puppy examined before you take it home.

ANIMAL HUSBANDRY
We staff our kennel 12 to 15 hours per day to insure proper care of our puppies.

QUALITY VETERINARIAN CARE
Dr. Mac Todd is our veterinarian. He owns PetTrust Group, his veterinarian offices, which are conveniently located in both Arlington and Fort Worth. Dr. Todd and his staff give superior care to our animals, as well as your animals.

WEEKLY VETERINARIAN CHECK
Dr. Mac Todd visits our store at least once weekly to maintain high quality of health care.

VACCINATIONS UP TO DATE
All puppies have had at least two rounds of immunizations. If the puppy comes due for another vaccination, we continue giving vaccinations until that puppy goes to a home. Most places, puppies are never up to date, or given vaccinations at all.

WORMING TREATMENT
All wormings are up to date. Again, at most places, the puppies are not up to date or even wormed at all.

ALBON AND FLAGYL PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT
All puppies receive Albon and Flagyl to prevent upset stomach caused by protozoa.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
Each puppy is weighed, and has had their temperature taken once a day for the first three days after arrival to make sure everything is going well. To monitor their healthy growth, the puppies are weighed weekly.

EAR MITE TREATMENT
Each puppy has their ears checked daily and, if needed, started on ear mite treatments. This helps prevent ear infections.

GROOMING
Each puppy is bathed, groomed, and has had a pedicure! The puppies are brushed daily, receive additional bathing, and nail trimmings as needed.

REGISTERABLE PUPPIES
All puppies are registerable unless otherwise noted.

BREED KNOWLEDGE
We know our dogs! Our Pet Counselors are educated about the different breeds we carry, as well as knowing the little “particulars” about each dog we have in our store at the time. Our Pet Counselors will talk in detail with you and your family on the care and needs of your new family member.

14-DAY HEALTH WARRANTY
(Example: parvo virus, cold, distemper) As per our warranty, in the event your puppy gets ill, we are there to help! Our veterinarian can treat the puppy at little or no cost to you.

1-YEAR GENETIC WARRANTY
(Example: hips, knees, demodex mange) As per our warranty, we help correct a correctable problem. This is unheard of at most all places. They want to replace the puppy, if that.

MICROCHIPPED PUPPIES
All puppies will have a microchip. Many states and municipalities are starting to require microchips in dogs. A microchip provides contact information if your puppy gets lost so it can be returned to you quickly. It also can prove ownership in cases of theft, is used on veterinary health certificates and other medical issues. To have a veterinarian implant a microchip into a dog ranges from $50 to $80 and per dog. We microchip all our puppies for FREE for our customers. Registration and service fee for the microchip is an additional $20.00.
