I love my Sliky Terrier! She has made our past sorrow of losing a Yorkie so much better! We came to Petland for my daughter who loved her Yorkie and was saddened by the loss of her puppy. When we told the Petland staff, she gave us more than we bargained for! Before we left with our brand new Terrier, she helped us find the right outfit and perfect accessories for our new puppy! Thanks to her a void was filled and a new dream of having a new puppy fulfilled!!

I currently have a Miniature Schnauzer that my daughter spends a lot of time with her. The Schnauzer has helped my daughter by developing her responsibilities. I recently acquired a Hog Island Boa from Petland. However, this is more about how the snake affected my daughter. Previous to this she was "terrified" of snakes. Ever since the Boa came home and into our lives, she has become very attached to the snake. She has been doing research on Boa Constrictors and Pythons and has expressed a desire to have a Python of her own. This change of heart would not have been possible if she hadn't had the opportunity to be up close and personal with what scared her. It is said that we fear that which we don't understand. Having exotic pets allows one to touch a little bit of the wild world that might otherwise be beyond our reach. In the case of one teenage girl, it changed the way she sees the world forever.

When I came to Petland I was amazed with all the animals but connected with one in particular which was with a little Yorkshire Terrier. This little girl changed my life. My Chihuahua Bella has been an amazing addition to my family, a case of serendipity. I purchased her thinking she was just a cute puppy. As Bella has grown from tiny to small so has her place in my family. When she first came home my family and I saw a happy puppy with an unlimited amount of energy. From the beginning she has been great with my family and friends but especially with my 3 year old nephew. Although my nephew may not always be very gentle with Bella she has never barked or bitten him. That I think says a lot about Bella's attitude. Petland is a great place, very helpful staff and a great store. It did not smell like a pet store. I got an English Bulldog, all white, named Roxx. The puppy is very healthy and I got vet visits for free and another great thing is that their Petland puppies come with the Microchip which is a great thing cause it works in all North America. I took him to Mexico City and he was a great dog to have on the trip with my family. My next pet will be from Petland. Hands down they're the best pet store in El Paso and great employees.

I have a pet Gerbil family. They all have different names. My favorite is Cheesecake because she loves me. I like to feed my pets and change litter and play with them. I don't have brothers or sisters to play with. They make me happy. I enjoy watching them spin on the wheel and cuddle together. They are a happy family. My Cairn Terrier gets along with everybody and I wouldn't change her for the world. The people at Petland were very helpful! They helped me with all my puppy basic needs and beyond.! I bought a Lhasa Apso puppy from Petland and he is a perfect puppy! A customer bought him first and about a week later had to bring him back because she was so allergic to him. Usually Petland will not accept puppies back, but the customer was thinking about taking him to a pound or humane society and Petland was not going to let that happen. He is a very obedient puppy and is learning so quickly. I could not be happier with another pet store because Petland treats their animals with love and makes sure that the customers leave happy & well informed about their new pet or even old ones.

We have Black Emperor Scorpions, Fish, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Red Eared Turtles. They have been helping us get through a stressful passing of my Grandmother. Depression has kicked in. My fish have helped me because they have been very relaxing and interesting to watch. Since the store opened I have purchased several animals. I began with 2 Parakeets, Giiera and Azul, they both have brought me lots of happy moments. I love to hear them sing, and when they hear me they start chattering too. I also own 2 dogs from Petland, Chata, my Pekinese and Dominique, Italian Greyhound. These two are very loveable, playful and mischievous all together but their unconditional love is always there. I have 3 other dogs, Bambi my Chihuahua, Daisy, Cocker Spaniel, and Lady, Border Terrier who is my shadow! I don't know how my life would be without my animals who are "my girls". People think I am talking about my daughters, but I have to make sure they know it's my dogs. I also acquired two ferrets Twiggy and Mickey and with them my children have become more responsible in taking turns and taking care of all our little creatures of God. We love the service provided at Petland! Kudos!

Well I bought a ferret & his name is Mickey. He is my baby boy and my life. He is so cute. He was so skinny & now he is huge. But he made my life bright. When my Grandmother passed away I needed something to turn to and Mickey was there. I remember when I was asleep and would wake up in tears, I would sit in my room and hold Mickey tight. He gave me kisses on my cheek. It made me feel that someone loves me. I love him. Please don't change anything then other kids will go through the love and happiness. Petland Rocks!
