PETLAND CHARITIES HOSTS SUMMER LOVIN’

Join Petland for a Summer Kittenpalooza

(Chillicothe, OH, June 18, 2018) – Petland is pleased to announce a summer adoption event in partnership with Purrfect Companions Cat Adoption Center 3-5p.m. Friday, June 22, at Petland Central Center, Chillicothe.

Join Petland and Purrfect Companions for games, raffles and prizes. Families and friends can purchase raffle tickets for door prizes and gift baskets. Customers can also bring their pets for a professional photo for a suggested donation of $3. All donations will benefit Purrfect Companions, a Chillicothe-based 501(c)(3) organization. A representative from Purrfect Companions will have $25 spay/neuter vouchers for cats, a cash only offer, and kittens available for adoption.

At 5 p.m. Petland Charities will present a $500 check to Purrfect Companions Cat Adoption Center from monies collected during the Central Center’s fundraising campaign. Petland is proud of its dedication to the local communities their corporate stores serve for over 50 years.

About Petland Charities
Through Petland Charities, a 501c3 organization, Petland partners with the communities their corporate stores call home to raise funds for local shelters and K9 units. Petland invites customers to make donations to local shelters or K9 units throughout the year at our participating Petland locations. All money raised from each store will stay within local communities, ensuring organizations receive the funds they need. The corporate stores who will participate in the Petland Charities fundraising campaign are located throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Kentucky.

Purrfect Companions Cat Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) organization that has served Chillicothe for over 10 years. Purrfect Companions provides low-cost spay and neuters for cats and assists Petland in finding homes for homeless felines.
