Rising above expectations for every puppy’s health and well-being, Petland uses kennels that far exceed USDA requirements and are maintained according to standards set by licensed professional veterinarians. In addition, a veterinarian examines every puppy that comes through Petland’s kennel doors. Petland’s highly trained Animal Care Technicians monitor the weight, temperature and feeding habits of each puppy every day. Most Petland pups have been seen by at least two different veterinarians before going home. Petland puppies are always up-to-date with vaccinations and come with a 14-day puppy health warranty as well as a three year congenital and hereditary and health warranty.

In addition, Petland puppies are microchipped and enrolled in the Petland Enhanced Protection Program (PEPP). This is a strategic partnership combining a national microchip database registry with an Amber Alert-type service, providing an enhanced layer of protection for pets and their families.

Also adding value is the Pets for a Lifetime policy, Petland is a partner for life with its customers. Should unforeseen circumstances arise in a Petland pet owner’s life, causing them to have to give up their Petland pet, Petland will aid in finding the pet a new home.
